The Heber Valley Railroad provides a very unique hands-on experience showing passengers how important the rail-road was to our ancestors here in Utah. As we ride the rails through one of the most scenic canyons in Utah we began to wish that rail travel as common as it once was.

Sheepdog handlers from all over the world come to Soldier Hollow every year to participate in the largest event of its kind, the Soldier Hollow Sheep Dog Classic. The mountains here in Utah provide a majestic backdrop for this world class event. The Soldier Hollow Classic provides immense entertainment for dog-lovers, nature lovers or anyone looking for a unique weekend of fun.

The Utah Olympic Oval was built with the purpose of hosting speed skating competitions during the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic Winter Games, but serves as a legacy to the State of Utah for all members of the community to enjoy. The Oval, as well as the Utah Olympic Park in Park City, is operated by the Utah Athletic Foundation. The Oval is part of a multi-purpose recreation complex that includes recreational gyms, weight facilities and swimming pools.
